Kirby Hopkins, Managing Member, has been practicing business law in Texas for over two decades. A third-generation Houstonian with deep roots in The Woodlands legal community, Kirby has served as President of the Woodlands Bar Association and has been recognized repeatedly as one of Houston's top lawyers in business litigation. He is known for resolving complex business disputes — including what he calls "business divorces," the separation of partners, shareholders, and co-owners — quickly, strategically, and with minimal collateral damage to the businesses involved.

Joseph Centrich, Managing Member, combines a finance background from UT Austin's Business Honors Program with a litigation career built at the University of Texas School of Law. His practice spans complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts, with a particular focus on contract disputes, shareholder matters, and corporate governance. His representative work includes successfully defending a national publishing company against class action claims exceeding $7 billion across four states, obtaining summary judgment in the client's favor in multiple jurisdictions.

Both partners are supported by a full team of experienced associates, a senior member specializing in tax and wealth preservation, and dedicated administrative and paralegal staff — giving clients a deep bench without the large-firm bureaucracy.
